I couldn't find any handlebars specifically named "Superman".
Profile Design makes a line of aero bars. Some are full handlebars (they replace your existing bars and stem) while others are clip-ons to the handlebars you already have.

What the hell do you mean by "superman"? The days of Graeme Obree and Chris Boardman are over. The so called "superman position" is outlawed.
Lots of companies sell aerobars if that's what you mean: Deda, Zipp, Profile, ITM, TTT etc.
