Supplemental Exercise - Running, Weights, etc.

    Trying to plan out what best to do. I will be traveling for work over the next few months much more than I have before and will likely not be able to access a bike each time.

    I'd like to do what I can to sustain the bike-specific fitness I have developed. I figure anything that gets the heart rate up is good, but wanted to see what you all do in similar situations. Mostly planning on running/jogging, cardio equipment at whatever gym/fitness center is nearby, plyos, etc.

    Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
