  1. I have a Manitou Black suspension fork on my 2002 Gary Fisher Sugar 3+.
It seems too soft. Is there a way to make it stiffer?.. springs..after
    market kits?

    Any advice would be great.

If the fork is an air spring fork, you merely need to pump it up. If has a
coil spring inside, you'll need to replace the spring. Any bike shop that
sells from the Quality Bicycle Products distributor should charge you ~$20
for the "Firm Ride Kit" specific to the Manitou Black. If you can't find a
bike shop that carries QBP products, call us at Chain Reaction Bikes
    (Gainesville, FL) at 352-373-4052.
