  1. Are there any digital maps that contain the cycle routes as found on
sustrans maps? For example I use Anquet (www.anquet.com) for
planning my mountaineering routes but the OS digital maps I have from
them don't contain any cycle routes.

Now that I'm getting more in to cycling I would like to be able to
plan some cycle routes using digital mapping which would then allow me
to download to my GPS etc ....

They appear on OS maps, but only where the path isn't otherwise a
bridleway, so they show on on memory map products

eg see orange dots top right on here

The OS maps are chock full of cycle routes: they are called roads.
    Works fine for me!
