Can someone explain to me what is meant by "sweet spot training"? (I assume this doesn't have anything to do with taking your honey out for a ride.)

It doesn't?! My wife will be relieved after all that SST training I put her through . Seriously, in simple terms it's riding at low L4 level, somewhat easier tempo than a 1hr time trial. For more detailed description you should probably do a search of this forum. There's plenty threads about it.
