Hi All,
I've put up some underwater swim analysis of normal club swimmers on our site, from a warm weather
camp in February that may be of interest to some of you. There's 2 F/C and one Fly swimmer, but
hopefully both are of interest to triathletes.
There's also some of the program we used during the week posted for both one and t hour sessions.
One of them shows the pacing for 70, 65 and 62 x 100's in 2 hours, which is an achievement for most
swimmers in terms of pacing and stroke maintenance.
Take a look on www.WarmWeatherCamps.com it should be easy to navigate from that page (tell me if
it isn't).
