  1. I broke my tib/fib/talus a month ago. I am a runner, but I realize
that I will not be able to run for awhile until after i finish my PT
---another couple months at least. I play Ultimate so I need to keep
my endurance levels up. I used to be a swimmer (i swam competitively
for around 10 years) but haven't swam consistently for around 5 years.

Where can I find plans to get back into swimming shape --- I used to
be able to swim 2+ hours at a time, now I struggle with thirty.

    Thanks!

I'd ask on news:rec.running. Running in the pool is something pretty
popular for people in your situation - might work out well for you. If
you want to swim, just get in and get back into it for a while. You
won't, IMHO, find that being in good swimming shape does a whole lot for
you once you get back to running, but it should keep you moving and help
keep your weight down, etc. A "plan" for getting back into swimming
    shape is: swim.
