  1. hi
I'm using the swiss ball since three years on a daily basis and I found
it extremely good for my shape especially combining with other training
    activities (swimming and weight lifting).
Iv'e started the swiss ball to solve some problems of my back and after
this years I can say that it worked good.
as a reference apart from the exercises my physiotherapist gave me
before starting using the ball, I used a dvd from a guy named ford. I
    found it very good.

now do you know of another good dvd (or series) that does not
concetrate on fancy things (no hollywood actressess please) but goes
directly to the point fo the exercices? in particular I need core,
gluteus, back and abs (but the ford I would say is a good one for the
    abs only)

    thanks a lot
    -Claudio
