tempo cup The Friendship Cup is fast approaching on 26 November at the Dragway. It will be a fun day with the emphasis on hedonistic enjoyment (look it up--you'll like it!). There will be the famous Friendship Lap; the Club Song and champagne to toast friendship in cycling; free goodies of all kinds; novelty events, including the Horizontal Challenge with Glenn Druery on his Transam recumbent pitted against Waratah's finest vertical riders, and the awarding of the tempo Cup by acclaim to the most popular rider. Then it's off to the Club Christmas Party at Dunc Gray for more hedonism (now you like it, right?).
