I take 50mg of atenolol 1 per day for borderline hypertension. It is
limiting my athletic performance and making me somewhat sedate/depressed and
I would like to taper off of it while monitoring my BP to see where I stand
without it. I've been on it about 2 years. Anyone have a safe routine for
tapering off, or any other recommendations? Thanks in advance.
