Team Sky TT Warm Up Protocol for Trainer Sessions?

Given that Team Sky uses a fairly simplistic, yet effective TT Warm Up Protocol, do people think something like this is more than useful for FTP sessions on trainers/ergos at home? Or if anybody has their own warm up protocols, what are they?

I just warm up at between 50-64% of my hour power for about 20-25 minutes. This is on a gym bike.
 
5 min easy spin, 4 min tempo, 1 min threshold, 5 min easy spin w/ 3 "spin ups" thrown in. [5 to 10 sec burst up at about 600watts and spin up to 120rpm.] Real basic real quick. It is easy to not screw up and doesn't tire me out. Both of which affect me while racing. I do the same warm up before short road races and crits as well
 
Yeah joroshiba , I think my warm-up needs a revision, what you posted sounds pretty good, but a longer time at tempo power should about do it.
