Having heck of a time getting headset cups to budge on a titanium GT Xizang I just bought. I've replaced several before on other bikes, but these won't yield. The cups are metal and probably the originals. Any ideas or techniques are appreciated.

Are you using a headset cup removal tool??? That and a hammer will take any cups out ......
If you do not have one, rather than scratch your frame using a screwdriver, just go to your LBS and ask them to pop them out for you. At most they might charge you a few bucks.
