We might be able to make the giro happen if we all let them know we want it and we're paying customers. Tell them both! Versus to cut the deal and RCS (owner of the Giro) to make it affordable.

I had thought that NBC was a possibility to cover this race since His Majesty, Lance, was participating.

I highly doubt that. It's possible NBC could occasionally have updates but they'd never show hours and hours of a race.

the reason why it does not get covered, is RCS and RAI want too much money. They put an exorbitant price on their product. They obviously do not care about building their brand, and starting with teaser prices, and bring their product, and sponsors, to a wider audience.

If enough of us send them both emails, RCS is likely to come down a little in price and Versus is likely to go up in price (since a lot of emails shows there's an audience, which means more money from advertisers). Send them an email, what can it hurt?
