Hello I have in february purchased a tacx I-magic from I am writing to you since you are a tacx service center.
Now it is broken. It is the i-magic interface which is not working. The usb light is working but nothing else. A system test shows 0 volts. I have tried all the measures sugested on tacx support page at www.tacx.nl
Could I send you the non working part directly or do I have to send it to cyclesport remchingen?
I am asking because they will send it to you and it will take longer time before it´s repaired.
