I just spoke with Katherine at Bell's consumer help desk. Once again, Bell sports comes through with
great service for me. I asked for a clasp for a helmet and a switch cover for a Vistalite. Bell
agreed to drop the parts in the mail at no charge. I've gotten parts for an older Vistalite 430
system twice in the past this way. This is what keeps me buying Bell products.
