I would like to thank all those people who helped me with their suggestions on purchasing my first bike in over 13 years (old bikes Apollo Summit and a 20 year old Repco Road bike).
I have decided to Purchase a Felt SR81 getting it for $1180.00 Aus dollars, I am glad I decided more than my original $800.00.
My biggest decision in choosing this bike (From the shortlist) apart from cost was the help I got from the LBS in Hobart Australia The Felt dealer was fantastic checking with the distributors to what stock and deals were available in Australia. Getting me to sit on a number of bikes for size.
He also offered me a Jansis 2005 Coda Elite for $1500 Aus$ however I could not go that far with my budget.
The other dealers varied in help from

The Avanti dealer who is also Specialised Sirrus dealer (And the biggest Bike dealer in my area),
