According to the video, the horn gives you the right of way when approaching a cross walk occupied by pedestrians. Stupid horn for stupid people.

I was invited to do a club ride in the past. I wasn't aware but the club had a bad rep when it came to accidents and injuries. I did two rides and the was too many. On one of the rides, I had no idea one gal on the back of a tandem had an air horn. About 15 of us rolling at 20 mph. Then the gal blows the horn right next to us. Almost knocked a few of us off the bike.

Stupid club rides and air horns! Never again!
