But his is quite different. While the paleo diet only allows foods that
were available during the Paleolithic period, this fellow's diet allows
"All food found in nature (and modern equivalents) can and should be a part
of your diet." So even bread is allowed on the evolution-diet. This book is
nothing but marketing hokeyness.
