A simple business lunch was all it took, or at least that's what historyshows, for two men to conceive of what would become the world's greatest bike race. In an old-world Paris brasserie called the Zimmer, Geo Lefevre and Henri Desgrange concocted the idea of a "Tour de France Cycliste."
