Just a quick post to let you know of a special event taking part in September 2011. If you have not heard about it yet I would like to point your attention to The Great Barrow Challenge. greatbarrowchallenge.co.uk/ This is a Super Sportive, which runs over 4 days and features multiple distances and disciplines. You can Ride, run or Walk any of the days and mix up the distances over the different days if you so choose or just take part in one discipline on one day if that is your preference. This is an ideal end of season blow out for the Cyclists and a great way to test your final form before the winter. For the Runners or walkers amongst you it is a great way to test yourself or log in another marathon distance. Thanks for looking, I hope to see you there!
