The International (used to be called the Tour de Toona)

Just in case any of you heard the International in Altoona PA, formally called the Tour de 'Toona,
was not being held this year, that is wrong, dead wrong. It is starting July 28th this year.
Unfortunately the website is down right now but the event is on.
