When do you decide that a bike is trash?

I could deal with the ovalized head tube, elongated shock bolt holes, gritty hub bearings, ticks and
squeaks, but when the freehub went out and I was faced with actually having to spend $$ on another
crappy coda component, I decided to have it put down instead.

Don't toss it.

They make great coat racks. Two/three Rock Shox forks bolted together, an old rim as the stand.

Add in an old bike light after the rechargeable batteries have given up the ghost and you've got a
work of art fit for bike museums or possibly the National Museum of recently liberated countries.
