News traveled this morning that bicycle guru... Steven Hed passed away this morning. If any of you were ever lucky enuf to meet him, you truly were honored to be in his presence. Genius aside, his compassion,love for others and GENUINE SPIRIT will truly be missed! And yeah, he truly is a genious! But, he' d never try to show you up. A true... GENTLEMAN! You will be missed by so many.Including myself. RIP STEVE,Gone way to early.

truly saddened to read this. much too soon for him to pass. i admired his work enough to have purchased ardennes and have never regretted it. a quiet giant and a wonderfully inquisitive mind from all i've read. my sincere condolences to his family on their loss.
