Sure it involves a few changes to the diet, but it's worth
the change. The benefits outweight the negatives.
During these past 2 years i've consulted with doctors and
natropaths, as a writer and finally finished this book while
compiling all of the information part-time.
Some of the information is new, but most of it is old tryed-and-
true-solid common sense
Never trust a writer (or salesman)who doesn't take the time to edit
his work.
