I race for a team in Georgia called The Troll Tavern. I recently (last October) started racing competitively, and Cat'ed up after 8 races total early this year. This past weekend was my first weekend of a Cat 4 omnium. All my teammates told me that Cat 4 was Cat 5 without all the crashes. I definitely am calling their bluff now. The pace was much worse, with sprints in places I just couldn't hang on at. I definitely have a lot of work to do now! There are a lot less crashes though, which is nice!
...i have the athens twilight coming up this weekend, and feel much better about this race than my first two cat-4s
