Pre ride is always pumping up to 110 PSI. Post ride is a quick inspection of my tires and attention to any issue that may have developed while out riding.

Hi My standard maintenance service is applied to all my bikes every 500 km or 1,000 km depending on the time of year. 500 km is the mileage service interval for my wet season which runs from winter through to spring (June to November inclusive) and the 1,000 km mileage service interval is for my dry season which runs through summer and autumn (December to May inclusive). In addition to this once a week I check the tyre pressure and recharge my tail light batteries. My headlight gets plug in after every ride it is used. Andrew
