Three Kings Bread
1 3/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cup sugar
6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cup raisins
Cream butter; add sugar and beat until it is dissolved. Add egg yolks one
at a time, beating after each addition. Sift flour, measure and sift again
with baking powder. Add gradually to butter mixture alternately with
raisins. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into batter until no white patches
show. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift flour and baking
powder, then gradually add alternately with raisins, stirring well. Beat
egg whites; fold in well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes.
