    no exercise: 2 (11.1%) once: 0 (0%) twice: 0 (0%) three times: 3 (16.7X%) four times: 5 (27.8%) five
    times: 2 (11.1%) .>five times: 6 (33.3%) Number who met their goal: 14 (77.8%)!
