    Here's the breakdown for week 7:

    no exercise: 1 (5%) once: 1 (5%) twice: 3 (15%) three times: 3 (15%) four times: 5 (25%) five times:
    4 (20%) .>five times: 3 (15%) Number who met their goal: 13 (65%)

    Here's the breakdown for week 8:
    # reporting: 18/37
    no exercise: 2 (11%) once: 1 (5.5%) twice: 0 (0%) three times: 10 (55%) four times: 1 (5.5%) five
    times: 1 (5.5%) .>five times: 3 (17%) Number who met their goal: 10 (55%)
