Hi, I have been off the computer for a while but I am still exercising. The last weigh-in I stayed
exactly the same. I would have liked the scale to read that I was down but, I got through 3 birthday
celebrations, Christmas and New Year's Day party without a gain. Without the exercise, I know I
would have gained. Week 3 - 6 days Week 4 - 6 days Week 5 - 7 days

Great on not gaining over that stretch of birthdays and holidays. You've been on the program for
quite a while so I guess it works if you work

love the exercise and miss it when I can't work out. I feel even more committed to the programs and
a healthy life style now then I did several months ago.

Hi, Lee, I enjoyed my holiday and was very happy not to see a gain. The new year has found me more
optimistic in many ways and one of them is recommitting to WW and a healthy lifestyle.
