Finally, this UK company http://www.forge-mtb.com/single.asp?cat=FORGEMTB&catalog=FORGEMTBS will
shortly be producing 9 speed thumbshifters (presumably along the lines of the Bultillo design above,
rather than making a complete unit). Drop them a line if you're interested.
