12 local miles around the hood. Warm up for the weekend! 300 miles for the month so far! B)

Not my best ride today, knowing I felt a bit under the weather, I made sure to keep it short(8 miles total). I did do a couple sprints here and there and will be back out tomorrow for more miles.

It's rides like this that really build a rider. It's that same old saying, "if you can do it on your worst day, you can do it on your best day!". B)
