Tichwell, North Norfolk

That whole section of coast along with several woods and heathland can
produce some very interesting walking. Since it's accessible from
Cambridge for a day out, I've often combined circular walks in that area
of about 15-25km with some birdwatching, photography and paddling in the
sea. It's also quite a good area for cycling.

Titchwell, nice place actually, plenty of good walks around there
although some may call 'em low level;-)

BTW If you don't like paying the RSPB £4 for the privalege of parking
you can use the small carpark that the wildfowlers use for free. But
not when I use it 'cause it only holds about 3 cars;-). The reserve
itself is free as it uses a PROW

Initially I thought it was a bit steep, but for four people it ended up
being a cheap day out. As you say, there are no further costs so the whole
package is reasonable.
