Tifosi CK3 / CK7

What you really want to consider here is the size of the bike. Do you know if it'll fit you? The Amazon site doesn't really give a lot of information, but it seems like the Tifosi brand only comes in a handful of generic sizes (small, medium, large, etc). Most notable road bike brands (except for Giant) have more precise sizes. In terms of frame size you want to know your seat tube size (the vertical tube), and your top tube size (the horizontal tube), in terms of centimeters. If you go to a good bike shop they should be able to determine what frame size best suits you.

The two bikes here are both compact geometry. I think for triathlons traditional geometry (one with a completely horizontal top tube) would be better, but other members on this forum might want to verify that...

The more expensive bike seems to be catered to touring, which is different from racing. The other bike is more sporty, although it is the bottom of the line in terms of road bikes.

Check with your Local Bike Shops. If you buy from them, they can help get you a bike that fits, in your price range, with the level of components that will make you happy.
