I live in northern Ohio, the Lake Erie perch country. Very expensive,
like 9.00 lb----however this winter I discovered Tilapia. I do not care
for strong fish, hense the perch, however i will never pay the price for
Lake perch again. Tilapia is wonderful, not strong and a "fish fry for
the neighbors" works (with tilapia)----bring it on, and only 3.85 for a
package. Frozen, but that is fine.
