Rain or rain, it's on. All Californians should get out there and support this sweet race, regardless of the crappy weather. I'll be out there to see Lance gift a few stages to Levi, just so LL will help in the grand tours.

My pick this year to win is Landis, but look for the Euro-dopers to want to do something, as they have been shut out since the race began three years ago. With Basso and the Schleck brothers coming to town, there will be no shortage of Cera.

Greetings, Dog/Bitch. I trust that living within the awful constraints of the most socialised economy in the history of the planet isn't overly objectionable to you? Unfettered, unregulated Capitalism - it's just so yesterday. :D

Yes. You are right about something. Under Obama, we are looking more like the UK everyday. In addition to healthcare and a mortgage, I think the US Gov't should give me a 2009 Ridley Noah with 11 speed Record for free!

Just looked at the start list for today's prologue. Landis was given second-to-last start time, right before Levi. Seems kind of strange.

So Mancebo has only a 1 min lead over LL; Nibali and Van De Walle are behind him, because times were 'equalized' once the riders hit Santa Rosa. Lamest tour ever.

It's the Levi rule. If it weren't for the race radios being down for most of the race, Mancebo would not even have got that one minute.

Super ride by Levi today. Unless there is a big break that gets away, or unless Levi has an accident, the race is his. Astana has 5 of the top 8 now. And let's see, who did they leave home: Contador, Kloden, Zubeldia, Jesus Hernandez, Thomas Vaitkus, Sergio Paulinho. They may just have the top 2 road racing teams in the world now. It's going to be a long, beautiful, rewarding season for Bruyneel. But best of all, it's going to be a long, painful, tear filled, season for that dirtbag whiteboytrash and all his fans. Guess they're all going to have to live on that thin "dirty dopers" gruel for another year.

Has anyone else noticed that Levi is starting to look like Lance?

They all shaved there heads (bar Lance) for charity today. Even the Hog shaved his head. Is there anything these guys won't do for a bit of press ? It was also noted that Lance had painted onto his TT bike "ride like you stole it" which would indicate that all those shenanigans was a stunt as well.

btw/ Lance look shit on the bike today...... O'Grady almost beat him in the TT...... long way to go for the old man. Better get the plasma spinning.

An 'altitude' training camp prior to the Giro will take care of that.

It will indeed..... just as well we have the Catlin testing published on his website to reassure us nothing funny is going on.

IMHO, He always has and now that they are on the same team, same kit, it's really hard to tell them apart.
