Time to Look pedal switch advice WRT seatheight

Hi all,
I recently replaced Time RSX pedals (with Time shoes) with KEO2 pedals with Diadora shoes. It feels like I need to raise my seat, does anyone know the amount recommended for the above switch.
I believe Time pedals brings you closer to the pedal axle (as the axle sits between the front and rear parts of the cleat)...while with Look the whole cleat basically sits on the axle.
Any guidance in this would be appreciated.

Time Sport USA advertises the RXS stack height as 13 mm. Look doesn't advertise Keo stack height, but according to InsideOut Sports it's 17 mm. Raise saddle 4mm.
