i have been roped into a 40K time trial and it's only 10 weeks away i have a back ground in triathlon, but have never done a specifiic time trial
i was wondering if you guys had any work out you caould share to help whip me into shape in about 10 weeks, i can usually do 40K in 53mins but thats after a swim and saving some gas for the run!
it's on a flat section of open highway (only 2 semi-hills) and only 1 turn at the 20k mark to turn round and come back,
