Distances will vary tremendously, typically anything from 10-40k.TenthMile said:Thank you...I briefly looked over all of them...I didn't happen to find a lot of info. on the actual races, as far as distance goes, also things I should add to my bike, and important training tips?
One really can't say what a good time is in general as course profile, environmental conditions and the level of the cyclists in questions is jut too much to account for. What you'll want to do is check out some past results online from an event you wish to target.TenthMile said:I've been doing some ten mile ride's on the trainer to get an idea of where I stand time wise...I know it's different than the outside enviroment...but...what is a good time for a ten mile course, and avg mph? also can you reccommend any coaches on the east coast pref. south jersey philadelphia area?
