Thank you...I briefly looked over all of them...I didn't happen to find a lot of info. on the actual races, as far as distance goes, also things I should add to my bike, and important training tips?

Distances will vary tremendously, typically anything from 10-40k.
As far as training goes, TT is all about Maximal Steady State power (30-60min TT power) and Max Aerobic Power (~5min power). The longer the course, the more important your MSS power and vice versa.
As for equipment, the most important items you can put to your advantage are aero wheels and bars ... and if TT is really your main focus, you'll want to spend a LOT of time training in your TT position, even on "easy" days.

I've been doing some ten mile ride's on the trainer to get an idea of where I stand time wise...I know it's different than the outside enviroment...but...what is a good time for a ten mile course, and avg mph? also can you reccommend any coaches on the east coast pref. south jersey philadelphia area?

One really can't say what a good time is in general as course profile, environmental conditions and the level of the cyclists in questions is jut too much to account for. What you'll want to do is check out some past results online from an event you wish to target.
As for coaching, RST coaches cyclists and triathletes all over the world, I'm quite certain that we can help you out ... www.cyclecoach.com
But if you specifically want a local coach, go to www.usacycling.org and do some searching there.

In the UK, TT's are held up to distances of 100-miles and also we have 12 hr and 24 hr TT (person covering the greatest distance in said time).

all good fun :)

Man, that's a strange definition of fun;)
