Tioga Red Phoenix vs. other UST tires: rolling resistance and speed

Has anyone tried Tioga Red Phoenix UST tires? How are these in terms of rolling resistance and speed
on hard-pack smooth surface compared to Hutchinson Python and/or Michelin Comp S. I need a pair of
fast UST tire for my next adventure race, which the bike section will take place mostly on
hard-packed service roads. Thanks, David
