learning is the fun part, this is my favourite time of training, it offers me some time to relax and ponder over my training plans for the next few weeks, and where i want to be there after; offering a little time to recover whilst not doing anything to seriosly strenuous.

as for a quick answer warm up before your rides or competition, but its doesn't stop there, your cycling buddies will no doubt give you advice when to taper etc for competition but really you shouldn't have to rely on them. This is why i feel that it is important to know whats happening how to make improvements etc.

I ain't no coach i just ride for the love of the sport, i train since that is where i'm happiest. :D and 23 - 27mph avg ain't to bad i guess for someone who doesn't compete in competition
