Actually, those are all symptoms of a toxic colon that most of us have just lived with, with a "grin
and bear it" attitude. It doesn't have to be that way, though. I know from personal experience,
having suffered with most of those symptoms on that list. I no longer do, however, thanks to a
friend's direction. The same direction I was pointing to lead some others who are suffering and not
