  1. Okay. I'm poking through the fridge. I've got some feta (no lamb),
Gorgonzola, and a chuck steak. I've got buns in the freezer and the usual
sides. I'll grind the chuck and make burgers. I'll make some slaw and
    'tato salad too.

I can't possibly decide what to have for dinner in the morning. My taste
buds go from "ooh, that sounds like it would be good!" to "oh, maybe I'd
like to make that instead!" within the course of a few hours. I'd take that
feta and make a spinach quiche for brunch (of course you probably don't have
spinach) and then think about dinner after 2PM 🙂

Try spreading Gorgonzola on the burgers. It might be interesting. Of all
    the
blue cheeses, Gorgonzola is the mildest.

Make your burger patties nice and thick, then poke a hole in to make a pouch
and stuff them with some Gorgonzola.

I took your and Kent's suggestion with the gorgonzola. The burgers were
    very good.
