Saturday night riding down every hill in the small city of side streets. The only way to beat the
heavy traffic. My brake cable pinch bolt gave up and the wet snow didn't help matters. When I got
home from the Art Show I searched and found a bolt to replace it. Thats the start of my tooling.
Sunday afternoon grandkid wants to go riding in the snow with grandpa. More tooling on her bike and
then washing both bikes. Monday washing and ajusting comutting bike. Tuesday night replaced rear
derailleur, rear V brake & shifter. Finished up the job of front brake, shifter,cables,chain, and
cassette on the next morning. The week isn't over yet and you may think I own a LBS which I don't.
Oh I forgot I replaced the brake levers too. The big race is coming soon April. I'm ready. I think
the disc brake bike will do. Hardtail.
