No dumb questions, only dumb answers.

You do get the big wrench to install the cups(still need a faced frameset!!),
and then the little plastic(shimano does like plastic!) tool to 'install' the
left crank. BUT you gotta have a torque wrench for the, left crank pinch bolts.

If the bicycle is OEM with DA 10s, you will not get the cup tools.
