Has anyone any insight into a tour in the Missippi River area? I am contemplating a week or so. All
help greatly appreciated.

The Mississippi River goes from the top of the U.S. to the bottom so that would be a big area to
pick from. Any idea what state you would rather tour in? My pick would be Louisiana. Riding south
beside the river in Louisiana is slightly downhill all the way. It's a great place to be this time
of the year or any other time for that matter.

I thought that we learned in elementary school geography that north does not equate to top and south
does not equate to bottom. ;)

Yes, water flow down hill, even when Democrats are running things. ;)

Around here we say top to bottom, end to end - and stuff like that. I know you prefer longitudes and
lattitudes and that's ok too, even if no one else cares. ;)

I'd say that there would be two things we don't have to worry about. At least anytime soon. ;)

Are they still in business? I emailed them 1 1/2 months ago for pricing info and have no response yet.

Alternatively, anyone know of another US or Canadian seller?

Yes, but Mr. Sherman cares! That is why he is such a funny fellow. I sometimes wonder if it is
endemic to the technical, scientific and engineering types in this world to be constantly concerned
about such trivialities. I suppose someone has to concern themselves about such things, but thank
God the rest of us can get on with our lives taking the broad view of things.

I have never been able to take account of minutiae. Admittedly, minutiae sometimes comes back to
trip me up, but still and all, I would not want to be focused on anything other than the big
picture. I will take the dilettante view every time to that of the specialist and the expert.

To tour around the Missippi, you'd have to travers several states.

Don't miss the TOMRV (Iowa/Illinois). Great ride and some of it around the Mississippi.
