Touring rims for Pantour hub?

I'm looking for advice for rims to use with a Pantour front hub. The intended purpose is to setup a
Rans (oops, sorry- RANS) Rocket for touring. I expect the final total weight (rider, bike and gear)
less than or equal to 250 lbs. I?ll be using 40-406 Schwalbe Marathons. The Pantour site lists the
following rims as possibilities: Bontrager Maverick SUN Rhyno Lite SUN CR 18

I have toured with the SUN CR-18. I have no experience though with the Pantour hub.
