Track logs

If I have a gps, which I've used to log a walk and someone asks for the track data how do I
convert that data into something that is readable by a specific application.

eg

Went for a walk this Saturday, (Coledale round minus Grasmore) and logged the data on my gps. One
of the people who was also doing the walk would like the logged data so he can load it into his
Memory Map app. Can I do this for him and if so how.

I seem to remeber something about an app called g7win or something which allowed conversation of
data. Would this be a way of doing it.

I tend to use OziExplorer and Anquet so don't have the facility of loading into Memory Map and
exporting (If possible).

I recommend and use GPSUtility for converting and analysing my GPS tracklogs
