The hose on my track pump (Topeak Joe Blow Sport) has expired. At the point where it customarily sits bent when put away, the hose has cracked through, letting the air out.
My lbs can get a replacement hose-and-valve-head, but I'm quite happy with the valve head I have.
So, anyone know a source of suitable hose? It looks like it's just rubber hose, 10mm OD, 4mm ID. I'm sort of hoping for somewhere that does 50p-per-metre 'cos they think it's just rubber hose, rather than track-pump-specific 12 quid for less than a metre.

You could try a car parts shop and check out fuel hose. I got a couple of short lengths ages ago, of ID to suit the two standard sizes of copper brake pipe. Can't find them at the moment, so can't give measurements, but worth a try.

Is half nearly the right answer (!).
Car parts shop furnished me with 'vacuum hose' (I think that's what he called it), which was 9mm OD, 3mm ID and a bit softer than the pump hose. Simply fitting this as is, it blows off the barb, because the clamping collar is too large. However, add some turns of PVC tape over the hose to bring its OD up to a tight fit inside the collar, and I can get to 120psi with no sign of slippage (in normal use I stop at 100).
*The* man for this was always Francis Thurmer and his 'Hard to Find' business selling small but essential cycling parts. Googling him revealed that he may now be specialising in mudguard parts but I would guess he still does all the other obscure parts including stuff to keep track pumps going.
